Electronic Signature‎

Each time we lodge an approved form on behalf of our clients, the law requires us to have first received a signed declaration in writing from our client. This includes all approved forms such as activity statements and tax returns. All clients are required to retain the declaration (or a copy) for up to five years.

AdvisorCorp team comply with Sections 9 and 10 of the Electronic Transactions Act 1999 requires and use Adobe Sign & Xero to makes it faster and easier than ever to securely sign and manage documents across devices.
